Biography

ABRAHAM PADILLA joined YOUNG & Associates in 2017 with 22 years of experience in federal government facilities management, project management, and logistics management, complemented by 10 years in environmental/pollution control as a Board-Certified Chemist (Puerto Rico). Abraham has accumulated experience in commercial and industrial property sub-sectors including multi-level residential, hospitality, retail, school, office, industrial, and special facilities. Abe's credentials, knowledge, and analytical abilities allow him to develop and provide multi-disciplined solutions in resolving complex problems impacting a loss site from the emergency through the reconstruction phases. Abe's bilingual (highly-proficient Spanish speaker/translator) capabilities paired with his extensive U.S, Latin-America/Caribbean, and international project management experience allow him to make an additional contribution to any team. Abe is an FAA Part 107 Certificate holder (commercial drone pilot), Xactimate Level 2 qualified, and IICRC-certified in both Water Remediation (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
