BLAKE KAPISAK joined YOUNG & Associates in 2017, bringing diverse experience in Project Management and Operations in the Construction and Manufacturing fields. Blake has demonstrated the insight needed to expertly develop project scopes, control project schedules, and budgets, and perform site monitoring, and reporting for projects ranging from $1M to $265M. Blake has consulted on various losses, including multi-family, high-end residential, commercial, valuations, retail, apartments/condominiums, hotel and resorts, and manufacturing. During his time at YOUNG & Associates, Blake has completed all requirements to earn his designation as an IICRC Master Water Restorer.
