Biography

Brian Fahey joined YOUNG & Associates in 2018. Brian has been involved in the construction and development industry most of his professional life. Having joined the United States Military at a young age specializing in bridge construction and engineering he quickly learned how important the details really matter. Brian started his construction & sales business in 1998 working with some of the top custom builders in Texas, his attention to detail during the construction and inspection process led to many seamless transactions. He quickly advanced into the development arena working with architectural and engineering firms to complete large projects. YOUNG & Associates was a natural transition for Brian as he continues to utilize these skills in assessing damage and writing detailed cost estimates. Having deployed on multiple hurricane losses for extended periods of time, Brian has gained vast knowledge on a multitude of unique assets including commercial buildings, high rises, educational facilities, and multi-family developments. Assessing the damage, timely reporting and excellent communication skills are his strongest assets.
