Biography

BRIG SPURCK joined YOUNG & Associates in 2008. Brig has prepared estimates, scheduled analyses, and scope assessments for projects throughout Texas and the surrounding region, including Louisiana, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Florida, Georgia, Connecticut, New York, South Dakota, Illinois, Mississippi, The Carolinas, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Missouri. Brig provides consultation on property damage, dispute resolution, and builder’s risk losses for a variety of projects, including commercial, institutional, retail, multi-family, and high-end residential projects. On large complex losses, Brig manages and coordinates teams of consultants, engineers, hygienists, and other experts. Before joining YOUNG & Associates, Brig worked for 15 years in residential and multi-family construction project management. He has worked in general contracting and owner representation on a variety of project types, including single-family homes, multi-family projects, light commercial, land development, and tax credit projects. Before starting his career in the construction world, Brig was a member of the United States Marine Corps. He is a valued asset in the Midwest Region.
