EDWARD PEARCE joined YOUNG & Associates as a Regional Consultant in 2017. Edward has over 16 years of experience in consulting, writing, and negotiating casualty losses across the country for various clients. Overall management of projects including preparing reconstruction estimates using Xactimate, contract review, creating budgets, and overseeing commercial mitigation & reconstruction projects. He has numerous relationships with adjusters from many different carriers and independents. Edward also holds several IICRC certifications.

Sold, wrote and managed over $17M in casualty losses during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, LA working directly with client adjusters, FEMA and local jurisdictions
