Biography

HEATH DOGGETT joined YOUNG & Associates in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the Commercial and Industrial construction industries, throughout his career, Heath has been responsible for developing and managing new construction and renovation projects. Early in his career, Heath provided oversight for commercial and highway construction projects. For the last 13 years, he has played key roles in design-build commercial and industrial building construction. Beginning with ground-level field engineering, moving to field management as a job site superintendent, and finally becoming proficient as a project manager, Heath has gained knowledge of the construction process at all levels. Heath's skills in the commercial and industrial construction field include developing new clients, managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, utilizing resources from sub-contractors, suppliers, and in-house personnel, cost estimating and accounting, and relationship-building at all levels in the industry.
