Howard Reynolds

Biography

Howard Reynolds joined YOUNG & Associates in 2022 as a Regional Building
Consultant assigned to the Southwest region. Throughout his 30yr + career in
the construction and insurance industries, Howard has been involved with a
wide variety of construction projects and first and third-party property loss
assessment including high end high net worth residential properties and
commercial buildings. He is well versed from routine to complex large loss
damage assessment-estimating with extensive experience in insurance
loss, mitigation, environmental services, dispute resolution, coverage-difficult
loss adjustment, appraisal-mediation services involving plaintiff attorney, public
adjuster, and difficult contractor involvement. Additionally, Howard’s experience
includes catastrophic property loss assessment throughout the United States
with multiple types of peril including earthquake, earth movement, surface-subsurface
water, flood, construction defect, and weather-related loss. His
experience level, professional skill sets, and customer service complements the
dynamic team environment at YOUNG & Associates.
