Biography

Jake Cartwright joined YOUNG & Associates in 2022. He has worked on every side of an insurance claim, including the agency side selling policies, the adjuster side including coverage, scoping, inspecting, estimating, to the mitigation and rebuild of customer's homes and businesses. He has a total of 16 years of insurance background, including auto estimating, multi-line field claims handling, owner of a local mitigation/restoration company, insurance agent, and commercial trucking liability adjusting. Jake has hands on experience mitigating water damage, smoke/fire damage, demolition, estimating, carpentry, carpet cleaning, raw sewage mitigation, mold remediation, and new home construction.
