Jeff Kemp PE

Biography

Jeff Kemp joined YOUNG & Associates in March of 2022. Jeff brings nearly 40 years of experience in all facets of building design and construction to his role as a Regional Consultant. Since graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota in 1987, Jeff has worked for an engineering design firm, general design-build contractor, mechanical design-build contractor, energy systems commissioning firm, and general contractor in various engineering and project management roles. Jeff primarily consults on commercial property-related losses with large mechanical and electrical work components. His professional and thorough detailed approach will provide an organized comprehensive structure to the loss recovery process.
