Biography

Joshua Earls joined YOUNG & Associates in 2021. Prior to joining YOUNG & Associates, he worked at a commercial construction company as a project administrator/project manager at integrity construction, where he built hotels ranging from $5 million to $20 million. At Integrity Construction, he also helped build a small cancer facility and remodeled the Mid-America Science Museum. Before this, he worked as a project administrator for Central Construction Group and constructed multiple apartments. The apartments ranged from $1 Million to $5 Million. Before working at Central Construction Group he worked as an electrical apprentice for Thompson Electric, where he did remodels and new build electrical work.
