Marissa Villarreal Smith WRT

Biography

Marissa Villarreal Smith is a Senior Consultant at YOUNG and Associates. She joined the company in August 2022 as a Contents Consultant and later transitioned to Building Consultant in February 2023. With a strong background in remodeling and restoring residential homes, she brings a unique skill set to her role. In addition to her restoration experience, Marissa holds a degree in Design from the prestigious design school - the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), which enhances her understanding of design within the contextual structure. This education and her hands-on experience give her a comprehensive knowledge base. Marissa has worked with various types of projects, including condominium, commercial, multi-family, and residential, since coming on board with YA in 2022.
