Michael Fasolo Jr WRT, FSRT

Biography

Michael Fasolo has vast experience in the fire service, construction, and claims adjusting industries. Michael started his career at the City of Utica Fire Department, where he had a successful 20+ year career, rising to Captain/House Commander's rank. During his tenure at the fire department, Michael never lost his passion for construction that started when he worked as a laborer at the age of 13. While working for the Fire Service, he founded a high-end construction company that he transitioned into full time after retirement from the Fire Service in 2005. To round out his skill set, Michael became a licensed insurance adjuster, where he has been writing estimates and adjusting claims since 2007. Michael's knowledge in the fire service, construction, and claims adjusting perspective, gives him a unique and progressive vision in the scoping, reporting, estimating, and investigating property damage losses for YOUNG & Associates valued clients.
