Biography

SHAWN MARTIN joined YOUNG & Associates in 2011. Shawn started in the commercial construction industry in the mid-'80s, working as a Project Manager with a detailed background in project estimating, contract buyout, cost controls, schedule development, and construction management working from the ranks of General Superintendent for Regional General Contracting firms on the West Coast. As a Sr. Regional Consultant with YOUNG & Associates, Shawn has consulted on a wide variety of losses including institutional, medical, hospitality, industrial, and commercial losses throughout the Midwest region of the United States. Shawn has also completed additional certifications to bolster his consulting experience, including WRT (Water Remediation Technician) and HAAG-Certified roof inspector training.
