Biography

Yvette joined YOUNG & Associates as a Regional Consultant in 2020. Her career spans more than 20 years in commercial and residential construction. Yvette’s background began in commercial construction with MAI Industries and Hillhouse Construction in the Silicon Valley. After moving to the Sacramento area, she joined ServiceMaster Restoration/ Ideal Construction Company and served as General Manager of 2 offices serving the greater Sacramento and Lake Tahoe areas with reconstruction, fire, water, mold, and biohazard claims. The last 2 years Yvette served as an Assistant Project Manager for a Construction Landscape Engineering Company specializing in commercial green roofing and hardscapes throughout the Bay Area. Her experience includes Estimating, Project Management, As-Built Drawings, Claims Analysis and Claims Managements. Her direct experience with architects, engineers, contractors, and claims adjusters has deepened her knowledge of scheduling, estimating, cost analysis, and budget preparation. Since joining YOUNG & Associates in October, she has assisted on several CAT’s including Hurricane Laura, Sally, Delta & Zeta.
